ACCESS TO JUSTICE BEGINS WITH ACCESS TO LAW

EriLaws is an online legal research database. It prides itself for creating a comprehensive and first of its kind database of Eritrean and Southern Sudanese laws.

EriLaws aspires to advance rule of law by providing up to date and reliable access to law. As it is the case with several African states, national laws are not easily accessible. Lack of access to law hinders development of legal education, legal research, advocacy and economic development. EriLaws aims to  bridge existing gaps in access to justice by providing legal resources to a broad range of users. EriLaws hopes access to critical resources will advance rule of law and economic growth for the Eritrean and South Sudanese society.

EriLaws operates by a cost sharing mechanism. EriLaws intends to provide access to law for the larger Eritrean and Southern Sudanese community at low or no cost. Application for fee waiver or reduction is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please follow our contact us page and send us an email at info@erilaws.com. Please explain why you can not afford to pay the subscription fee or cost of a particular material. In addition, give us a brief summary of how access to EriLaws will help you advance issues of justice in your sector.
