INVESTMENT PROCLAMATION, PROCLAMATION 18/1991 Article 1. Issuing authority This proclamation has been issued by the Office of Economic Affairs, of the Provisional Government of Eritrea. Article 2. Short Title This proclamation may be cited as the “Investment Proclamation No 18of 1991”.
