LEGAL NOTICE No. 24/1995 REGULATIONS ON PETROLEUM OPERATIONS Issued by the Minister of Energy, Mines and Water Resources pursuant to the powers vested in him under Article 7 (1) of the Petroleum Operations Proclamation No. 40/1993. PART I. PRELIMINARY Article 1. Short Title These Regulations may be cited as “the Regulations on Petroleum Operations No. 24/ 1995.”
