LEGAL NOTICE No. 43/1998 REGULATIONS ON TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS AND SERVICES Issuing Authority These Regulations are issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications pursuant to Article 8 of the Communications Proclamation (Proclamation No. 102/1998). Article 1. Short Title These Regulations may be cited as “the Regulations on Telecommunications Networks and Services Legal Notice No 43/1998.”
