PROCLAMATION No.108/ 2000 A REVISED PROCLAMATION TO GOVERN PETROLEUM OPERATIONS Article 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “Revised Petroleum Operations Proclamation No.108/2000”. Article 2. Definitions For the purposes of this Proclamation: (a) “Contractor” means any Person with whom the Government establishes a Petroleum Agreement; (Does the Person need registration in Eritrea? If so refer to said provisions!!!) (b) “Crudeoil”meansallhydrocarbonsregardlessofspecificgravitywhichare produced in liquid state at atmospheric pressure at the well head or gas/oil separator including asphalt and ozokerites or which are extracted from Natural Gas, including distillate and condensate;
