A PROCLAMATION TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE DEMOBILIZATION AND REINTEGRATION PROGRAM, PROCLAMATION 113/2001 Article 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the "Proclamation to Establish a National Commission for the Demobilization and Reintegration Program No.113 /2001 ". Article 2. Establishment (1) There is hereby established a National Commission for the Demobilization and Reintegration Program (DRP) (hereinafter "the Commission") as a corporate public body. (2) The Commission shall be accountable to the President of the State of Eritrea.
