IMPORTER’S RECORDS REGULATIONS, LEGAL NOTICE 58/2002 Article 1. Short Title These Regulations may be cited as the “Importer’s Records Legal Notice No. 58/2002”. Article 2. Definitions In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: “Proclamation” means the Customs Proclamation No. 112/2000; “Commercial Goods” means goods imported into Eritrea for sale or for any industrial, occupational, commercial, institutional or other like use.
