PROCLAMATION No. 119/2002 COMPULSORY MOTOR VEHICLE THIRD PARTY AND FARE PAYING PUBLIC TRANSPORT PASSENGER INSURANCE PROCLAMATION Article 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as "Compulsory Motor Vehicle Third Party and Fare Paying Passenger Public Transport Insurance Proclamation No. 119/2002". Article 2. Definition In this Proclamation, except where the context otherwise requires, the following terms and expressions shall have the following meaning: "Authorized insurer" means a person or body of persons carrying on motor vehicle insurance business lawfully in Eritrea. "Certificate of insurance" means a certificate issued by an authorized insurer pursuant to Article 7 and includes a cover note complying with such requirements as may be prescribed. and where more than one certificate has been issued in connection with a policy, or where a copy of a certificate has been issued, all those certificates or that copy, as the case may be.
