REGULATIONS ON VEHICLES TECHNICAL AND RELATED STANDARDS SPECIFICATIONS, LEGAL NOTICE 61/2002 Article 1. Issuing Authority These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications pursuant to the authority vested in him by Article 4 of the Land Transport Proclamation No. 111/2000. Article 2. Short Title These Regulations may be cited as the "Vehicles Technical Specification and Related Standards Regulation No. 61/2002".
