PROCLAMATION No. 129/2003 PROCLAMATION TO ESTABLISH THE NATIONAL DROUGHT RELIEF COORDINATING COMMITTEE Article 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the "National Drought Relief Coordinating Committee Establishment Proclamation No. 129/2003". Article 2. Establishment There is hereby established the National Drought Relief Coordinating Committee (herein after the "Committee") to coordinate and oversee the activities of all governmental and non-governmental agencies and organizations engaged in relief work.
