PROCLAMATION No. 141/2004 THE ELECTRICITY PROCLAMATION Article 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the "Electricity Proclamation No.141/2004." Article 2. Purpose The purpose of this Proclamation is to promote efficient, dependable, safe and economically sustainable electricity operations in Eritrea as well as private sector and community participation in the same.
