THE AUDIT CHAMBER ACT OF SOUTH SUDAN, 2011
1. Title And Commencement This Act shall be cited as “The Southern Sudan Audit Chamber Act, 2011” and shall come into force on the date of its signature by the President. 2. Repeal And Saving Any provisions of any existing Legislation which are governed by this Act are hereby repealed or cease to operate; provided that, all appointments, orders and regulations taken or made there under, except to the extent they are cancelled by or are otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, shall remain in full force or effect, until they are repealed or amended in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
