DRUG AND FOOD CONTROL AUTHORITY ACT OF SOUTH SUDAN, 2012
1. Title And Commencement This Act shall be cited as “Drug and Food Control Authority Act, 2012” and shall come into force on the date of its signature by the President. 2. Repeal And Saving Any provisions of the existing legislation which are governed by this Act are hereby repealed; provided that, all proceedings, orders and regulations taken or made thereunder, except to the extent they are cancelled by or are otherwise inconsistent with provisions of this Act shall remain in full force and effect, until they are repealed or amended in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
